    As some bottle-necks released, such as the success of the applying of the world geological park of Taining and the open of highways as well as the water level of Golden Lake, the reputation of Taining improved quickly. As the transportation become more convenient, the days suitable for tourism prolongs, the condition of tourism development turns better quickly and the visitors increase in evidence. More and more people come to Tainiang to spend their holiday or to invest and to develop their business. Taining commerce exhibition center lies in the center of the county town of Taining, where is the entrance of Jiangtai and Shaotai and is the gold area of the city with convenient transportation. After the construction of the project, the first commerce exhibition center will be established, which will greatly promote the development of tourism industry of the whole county and improve the investment environment and advance the economy development of the county.

    4. Constructive Scale and Contents: 

    The total programming area of the project is 17385.4sq.m, which includes the construction land area 14997.4sq.m and road land area 2388.0sq.m.

    Land using intensity: the plot ratio is lower than 2.1, the green ratio is higher than 35%, the building density is lower than 33%, the podium building is 3 to 7 floor, the main body building is 21 floor.

    To perfect the auxiliary facilities and the infrastructure of water power, electricity, roads and communication etc.

    To construct the commerce exhibition center into an integrated service one with functions of commerce and exhibition.
